Luke Closson is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and has been a Valdosta resident since 1966. He came to Moody Air Force Base as a student pilot and was assigned as an instructor pilot in the T-38 aircraft. He is a 1979 graduate of the Woodrow Wilson College of Law, Magna Cum Laude, and is admitted to the Georgia and Federal Bars.
