We Continue to Work Your Case
We continue to remain open and we are working your actively working all of our open cases and taking new clients. We are also able to access our office files remotely using our state of the art client management system that enables us to securely access all of our systems and client files from anywhere.
We are minimizing face-to-face meetings with clients UNLESS it is ABSOLUTELY necessary. Generally speaking, most of our interactions can be done over the phone or by e-mail. If circumstances require you to come to our office in person to sign a document or pickup a document, we will be in touch with you to discuss the procedures.
If you need to drop off paperwork or a CD, please use the mail slot on our door or call us to coordinate the best time for a drop off.
As you have likely heard in the news, some courts are delaying some or all hearings currently pending. Having said that, there are many court functions that will continue including arraignments, bond hearings and more. While your specific hearing or trial MAY BE delayed, please know that we are tracking all of our client’s cases diligently. If you are getting close to a hearing or court date and you have not heard from someone in our office, please call us immediately.
