
With a few exceptions, ALL Employers in the State of Georgia are required to carry Workers’ Compensation Insurance for their employees if they “regularly employ three or more person” in their business. Additionally, there are a few industries where Workers’ Compensation coverage IS NOT mandatory, but even in those industries, employers can “opt-in” and purchase workers’ compensation coverage.
